I want to start off by saying I hope that everyone in the community it doing good and finding some balance with all that is happening. Lets remember we are a community and keep everybody safe and healthy!
Unfortunately Mariah Torrez has stepped down from her job at Homestead and we have a new property manager her name is Donna Carson and she has been in a property manager for approximately 25 years. She is working hard to update herself with our property and everything that is going on. The Board has scheduled a conference call to talk with Donna on Thursday 19th and cover information about our community and the things that need to be addressed etc.
