| Dear Homeowners, Given the heightened concerns and restrictions coming from the federal government, State of Colorado, local municipalities and in the best interest of the individuals we work with day-in and day-out, regarding exposure to and the possible impact of COVID-19 Homestead Management will be taking the following actions, while still remaining operational and doing our best to service the communities we manage. For the immediate future, please be advised of the following:- Homeowners who continue to drop off your association payments at our office we ask you to drop them through the 24-hour mail drop slot to the left of our front door. If you have any interest in establishing payment of your assessments electronically, now would be a good time to go to your association’s website or contact your community manager to try and determine a method of payment that allows you to make your payments from your home.- If you are in the habit of dropping by our office for other reasons, such as to pick-up or drop-off a form, or to simply speak with your community’s manager, please consider either calling or emailing your manager, as we will be happy to try and provide assistance.- We will temporarily not be hosting association meetings in our office, of any sort, in an attempt to further minimize possible exposure to our staff. We are already implementing recommended ‘precautions’ to minimize exposure within our office and minimizing foot-traffic in and out of our office is the foremost precaution we can implement. – We are in the process of establishing temporary alternative methods for boards of directors to continue to conduct the business of your association, including following recommendations by local law firms engaged in the homeowner association industry.- Going forward, we will provide periodic communication with homeowners through this same method and will be taking every action possible to continue to quickly and effectively address any homeowner questions or concerns.
